QPR have confirmed Luke Amos is among players leaving their club this summer at the end of their contracts and that Taylor Richards has been signed permanently from Brighton.

West London Sport this week revealed that Amos, who has been troubled by long-term knee problems, would not be offered a new deal and was leaving along with Leon Balogun – whose departure at the end of his contract has also been confirmed.

West London also previously revealed that Richards, who has been given a three-year contract, would be signed this summer regardless of his disappointing loan spell because that season-long deal included an obligation to buy him.

Richards, 22. has started just one game since arriving at the club.

Rangers have confirmed too that they have taken up an option to extend Chris Willock’s deal, meaning he is under contract until next year. The same applies to young striker Charlie Kelman and defender Joe Gubbins.

Conor Masterson, Olamide Shodipo. Charlie Owens and Ody Alfa have been released.

Masterson has been on loan at Gillingham, who have now signed him on a permanent deal.

Stand-in goalkeeper Jordan Archer is discussing a new contract but there is every chance that he will move on as a free agent.

The club are also in talks with Chris Martin, who was signed on a short-term deal in February, Elijah Dixon-Bonner, Aaron Drewe and Stephen Duke-McKenna.

Gareth Ainsworth recently indicated to West London Sport that he wanted veteran striker Martin to be retained.

Meanwhile, there are doubts over the future of Stefan Johansen.

The midfielder has a year remaining on his contract but is unsuited to Ainsworth’s style of play and might well move on.

Head coach Ainsworth wants to revamp the squad and expects “big changes” over the next few months.
