QPR defender Grant Hall has returned to action.

Hall, who has been struggling with a persistent knee problem, played 45 minutes for Rangers’ development side on Monday afternoon – his first outing of the season.

Steven Caulker, Sean Goss and Ariel Borysiuk also featured in the game at Loftus Road, where the home side won 1-0.

Olamide Shodipo, who was also making his return after injury, scored the game’s only goal. The winger played 65 minutes.

The result means Rangers’ Under-23s have won seven of their eight matches this season.
