Ian Holloway has indicated he is planning a tactical change for QPR’s game at Sunderland.

Rangers are yet to win away from home this season and manager Holloway told the club website he believes “a slight tweak” could make all the difference.

“We have got to get about our business – we need to get more points on the road,” he said.

“We have managed two from five games so far and that’s pretty criminal considering how we have played, but we can’t blame anyone else. It’s down to us.

“We are looking at doing something else this weekend – a slight tweak. I believe it will work.”

Steven Caulker has been ruled out of the trip to the Stadium of Light.

Massimo Luongo, Ryan Manning, Conor Washington, Pawel Wszolek and Idrissa Sylla have all returned from international duty unscathed and are available for selection.
