Morgan’s move confirmed but QPR decide against Morrison deal
QPR midfielder Kieran Morgan has completed a season-long loan move to Bradford City.
West London Sport recently revealed that the Bantams were set to snap up Morgan – and later also revealed that the move was going ahead despite Preston being interested in signing him on a permanent deal.
Meanwhile, Liam Morrison will not be joining AIK.
A loan move to the Swedish club for Morrison was considered, but Rangers were reluctant to let him go and in any case the defender was not keen to make the switch.
Morgan, 20, has made 59 Championship appearances since being signed two years ago after being released by Tottenham.
He is not in head coach Julien Stephan’s short-term plans and was recently made available for a loan move along with Rayan Kolli and Ziyad Larkeche.
Barnsley have signed on Larkeche loan, and Morgan has also made the move to Yorkshire.
Bradford are sixth in the table after their first three League One matches of the season.
