QPR plan new approach for Brentford’s Bidwell

Jake Bidwell is wanted by QPR
QPR plan to make another approach for Brentford captain Jake Bidwell.

Brentford recently rejected an offer from Rangers for the left-back, 23, who has a year of his contract remaining.

So too does Huddersfield defender Joel Lynch, 28, who is also on Rangers’ list of transfer targets.

QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is keen to sign a left-sided centre-back this summer and worked with Lynch, 28, when the Dutchman was on the coaching staff at Nottingham Forest.

Lynch had a four-year spell at Forest and previously played for Brighton. He joined Huddersfield in 2012 and has made 122 league appearances for the Yorkshire club.
