QPR plan new approach for Brentford’s Bidwell

QPR plan to make another approach for Brentford captain Jake Bidwell.

Brentford recently rejected an offer from Rangers for the left-back, 23, who has a year of his contract remaining.[phone][/phone]

So too does Huddersfield defender Joel Lynch, 28, who is also on Rangers’ list of transfer targets.

QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is keen to sign a left-sided centre-back this summer and worked with Lynch, 28, when the Dutchman was on the coaching staff at Nottingham Forest.

Lynch had a four-year spell at Forest and previously played for Brighton. He joined Huddersfield in 2012 and has made 122 league appearances for the Yorkshire club.
