Wrexham v QPR player ratings

QPR beat Wrexham 3-1 to make it back-to-back wins. Here’s how we rated each Rangers player.
Paul Nardi: 6
Back in the absence of the injured Joe Walsh, the French keeper was solid enough but remains hesitant when he really needs to command his area.
Jimmy Dunne: 7
Effective in both boxes, although he missed a chance to make it 3-1 before Rumarn Burrell eventually did. Before that, Dunne produced a great block to prevent a Wrexham equaliser.
Amadou Mbengue: 7
Fun to watch – and a capable defender in his own right. He showed physical strength and quick reactions to help keep Wrexham at bay.
Liam Morrison: 6
Quiet compared to his swashbuckling centre-back partner, but effective nonetheless. Stayed calm when Rangers’ midfield didn’t offer much protection in front of him.
Rhys Norrington-Davies: 6
Solid display at left-back before being substituted midway through the second half.
Jonathan Varane: 6
Had an effort saved and worked hard in midfield.
Nicolas Madsen: 6
Too easy for Wrexham to play through at times, but he did manage to block a shot in the first half and set up Rangers’ second goal with a fine pass.
Harvey Vale: 8
Really good. Very lively in the first half, linking up nicely with Burrell on a number of occasions and creating a chance for Koki Saito. Was also heavily involved in a lovely team move for the second Rangers goal, when he cleverly flicked the ball towards Madsen.
Koki Saito: 7
Lively and has certainly made an impact since returning to Rangers. Missed a good chance in the first half though when he shot weakly at keeper Arthur Okonkwo after Vale had robbed James McClean.
Rumarn Burrell: 8
Terrific stuff from the summer signing, who was a thorn in Wrexham’s side from the start, with his pace, persistence and no little quality. He linked up excellently with team-mates, always looked make things happen, and having chased lost causes relentlessly he showed real class for his goal, dinking the ball over Okonkwo – again after chasing a seemingly lost cause.
Richard Kone: 8
Scored a fantastic goal – a thumping strike from near the edge of the penalty area – and was a constant threat.
Esquerdinha: 7
Did well on the left after coming on for Norrington-Davies.
Kader Dembele: 7
Hit the post after coming on. Rangers’ other substitutes, which included the fit-again Michael Frey, had less time to make an impact.

Yes great performance, well deserved win. Almost if not everyone in the team played well. So many good signings no doubt. Could pick out a number of players for special mention. Harvey Vale for instance, he brings so much to the team. Still have Chair to come back, if he can still get in the team !!!!!!!!!
