Kolli scores twice for QPR’s development side

Rayan Kolli scored twice for QPR’s development side in a match at Swansea on Monday evening.

Kolli came off the bench and got both Rangers’ goals in a 4-2 loss for the visitors.

It was the forward’s third consecutive outing as a second-half substitute for the development side – he scored in a game against Bolton last week in which Richard Kone suffered a knee injury.

Kolli has not been selected by head coach Julien Stephan this season and recently returned to action after the club were unable to ship him out during the transfer window.

Rangers’ next Championship match is away to West Ham on 9 October.

Kone is not expected to be available and tests are ongoing to assess how long he is likely to be out for.

And Rumarn Burrell is a doubt as he is expected to return from international duty with Jamaica no earlier than the day before the visit to the London Stadium.
