The assistant Manager is the man who knows all about what to do for the coming season.
He saw QPR players up against other teams, he saw what was wrong last term and can correct it.
Stop messing with somebody coming in, he is already there.

He was a great player for us 100% man and I’m sure that will be installed in his management, but I think he should just be remembered for playing and not managing us, not keen on his style of football so a no for me.
