Hall and youngsters included in QPR squad for Portugal trip

Grant Hall has been included in QPR’s squad for a pre-season visit to Portugal.

Hall missed most of last season with a persistent knee problem and had surgery in February.

He took part in Rangers’ first training session after the squad returned for pre-season this week.

A number of youngsters will also be joining the squad for the training camp, but Alex Smithies is not expected to travel.

Goalkeeper Smithies is discussing personal terms with Cardiff City after a bid from the Welsh club was accepted.

Young keeper Seny Dieng is therefore in line to join the squad.
