Fulham star Wilson faces long spell out
Fulham’s Harry Wilson faces at least 10 weeks on the sidelines.
The winger had to be taken off during the recent defeat at home to Manchester United.
And a scan has shown a stress fracture of his foot, which will keep the Wales international out until April. He will require surgery.
“It’s not good news, unfortunately for us,” said Whites boss Marco Silva.
“Harry got a stress fracture in his fifth metatarsal. In the next few days he is going to get the surgery and he will be out for a long time.
“It’s difficult to give a timeline. Probably 10 weeks. Eight or 10. Probably more.”
Fulham, who are also without right-back Kenny Tete, will therefore try to add to the squad before Monday’s transfer deadline.

“Of course we’re going to try,” said Silva.
“When you have the situation of Tete, we are trying to get a player for his position because it’s going to be a long period (out).
“After the injury of Wilson, yes we’re looking for a player in that position. It’s a really short period until the end of the winter market but let’s see what we can do.”
