Chelsea reject Hudson-Odoi’s transfer request

Callum Hudson-Odoi’s recent transfer request has been rejected. 

The 18-year-old forward recently told Chelsea he wanted to leave Stamford Bridge amid interest from Bayern Munich and last week he formally requested a transfer.

Chelsea have been offered £35m for him by Bayern, who want to complete a deal to sign him ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline.

But the Blues have insisted they will not sell Hudson-Odoi, whose contract is due to expire next year.

He has been offered a huge pay rise by the club but wants to move on in order to play first-team football.
