Stephan felt QPR deserved a win
Julien Stephan felt QPR deserved to win against Preston.
The 1-1 draw at Deepdale made it four matches unbeaten for Rangers, who had won their previous three.
Brad Potts put the hosts ahead but Stephan’s side pushed hard for an equaliser and got one courtesy of Thierry Small’s own goal.
Head coach Stephan said: “We didn’t create enough but that changed completely after the goal conceded.
“We did a very good second half. Very dominant. We had enough chances to win this game and to be fair I think we deserved to win this game.
“When we have chances like this we need to be efficient. I’m a little bit disappointed with the result, but not the performance in the second half. It was a very good performance in the second half.”
Rangers’ next match is at home to Bristol City on Saturday.
