Reid set to miss Chelsea game

West Ham defender Winston Reid has been ruled out of Saturday’s match with Chelsea.

The New Zealand defender came off in the 2-2 draw at Sunderland three weeks ago but had expected to be fit after the international break.

However, the 27-year-old missed last weekend’s win at Crystal Palace and has not fully recovered.

Winger Victor Moses is ineligible to play against his parent club, but Hammers boss Slaven Bilic says they have an otherwise clean bill of health, bar long-term absentees, with strikers Andy Carroll and Enner Valencia regaining fitness.
