QPR round-up: Signing close, striker move ruled out, Luke Freeman latest, Borysiuk can go

QPR have moved closer to signing midfielder Sean Goss from Manchester United.

West London Sport recently revealed that Rangers were looking to sign the 21-year-old – and earlier today revealed that an offer has been accepted by United.

Goss is now set to discuss personal terms ahead of a proposed permanent move to Loftus Road.

That move is part of an attempt by Rangers boss Ian Holloway to revamp his midfield.

With Karl Henry having recently been told to find a new club following a fall-out with Holloway, QPR are also listening to offers for summer signing Ariel Borysiuk.

Rangers are also still discussing a deal to sign Bristol City winger Luke Freeman.

But Holloway has ruled out a move for prolific Bristol Rovers striker Matty Taylor, who has been linked with a number of Championship clubs.

Holloway has also laughed off online rumours claiming Fraizer Campbell could join on loan from Crystal Palace.
