Fulham linked with Powell

Fulham are planning to table a bid for highly-rated Crewe midfielder Nick Powell, according to The People.

Arsenal and Chelsea have been monitoring the 18-year-old, who is regarded as one of the country’s best prospects.

The People also say Chelsea and Benfica will hold transfer talks over Oscar Cardozo ahead of their Champions League quarter-final second leg at Stamford Bridge.

The Paraguayan, 28, has been a key player for Benfica this season and was recently reported to be keen on a move to the Premier League.
