Jeremie Boga
The promising Chelsea youngster, 17, has earned his first call-up to the France Under-19 squad.

A waterlogged pitch meant a match between Brentford’s development side and Maidenhead United was abandoned after 54 minutes. The young Bees were 2-0 down in pouring rain when the farcical conditions led to the game being halted.

The Brentford striker, currently on loan at MK Dons, has been named in the Northern Ireland squad for their next Euro 2016 qualifier in Romania on Friday 14 November.

Rangers trio Joey Barton, Jordon Mutch and Nedum Onuoha are due to be assessed on Thursday to see if they can rejoin the squad for this weekend’s match against Manchester City. All three have been struggling with hamstring injuries.

Harrow Borough
Tonight’s scheduled game against Tonbridge Angels at Earlsmead was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.

Aaron Samuels has been appointed as the club’s new head of youth. The former Arsenal academy player was previously manager of Southall’s Under-11s.
