Middlesbrough v QPR: Rangers without Austin

QPR will start without a recognised striker for tonight’s game at Middlesbrough.

Charlie Austin, who has been nursing a calf problem, will not be involved, leaving Rangers with Leroy Fer up front.

Forwards Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Tyler Blackwood are among the substitutes, as is young winger Michael Petrasso. [phone][/phone]

Junior Hoilett has been on international duty with Canada and is unavailable. Karl Henry moves back into midfield and James Perch is restored at right-back. Yun Suk-Young is also recalled.

Boro, meanwhile, are without the injured Fernando Amorebieta.
