Pedro and Loic Remy will again be unavailable when Chelsea face West Ham in Saturday’s derby.

Both Blues players missed Tuesday’s Champions League game against Dynamo Kiev with minor injuries and hoped to return to the squad this weekend.

But neither has recovered in time for the match at Upton Park, where Chelsea will be looking to maintain their recent improved form.

They have kept clean sheets in their last two matches, beating Aston Villa 2-0 in the Premier League and then drawing in Kiev.

“We have had two important results. Both clean sheets were based on good teamwork,” Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho said.

“The group was always together, but obviously the mood improves with results and people are happy.”

Chelsea are still without Branislav Ivanovic, who is sidelined with a hamstring problem.
