Bolasie tipped to return ‘stronger than ever’

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has tipped Yannick Bolasie to come back “stronger than ever” from his knee injury.

The west London-raised former Hillingdon Borough winger, who joined Everton from Palace in the summer, faces a long spell on the sidelines with cruciate ligament damage. [phone][/phone]

Bolasie, 27, suffered the injury during Everton’s recent draw against Manchester United.

“I had some contact with ‘Yala’ this week and sent our condolences about his injury,” Pardew revealed.

“He is such a buoyant character. They’ll miss him – miss him in the dressing room and miss his play.

“He’s a super character and he’ll get his head around it and get himself back stronger than ever.”
