Chelsea youngsters run riot against Leicester at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea emphatically secured their second Under-21 Premier League win of the season, demolishing Leicester City 5-1 at Stamford Bridge.

Isaiah Brown and Islam Feruz both scored twice for the Blues before John Swift netted the fifth with 13 minutes remaining.

Swift set up Brown for the opener and Andreas Christensen almost doubled the lead before Leicester hit the bar in a rare attack.

Feruz’s classy finish meant Chelsea were 2-0 up at the break, and he struck again in the second half after being set up by Billy Clifford.

Brown made it four before Clifford created another goal, this time for the excellent Swift.

Tom Hopper netted a late consolation for the Foxes.

Earlier in the day, Chelsea’s Under-18s beat West Ham 2-1 with goals from Tammy Abraham and George Cole.
