Chelsea, City and possibly Arsenal to chase Napoli star – report

Chelsea are on alert after Napoli striker Edinson Cavani revealed he is considering his future, the Daily Express say.

It comes after Cavani told Italian newspaper La Repubblica: “I’m fine in Naples, but  there are lots of things to consider.

“I can only say that I will give my all in this shirt until the last day I wear it.”

It is claimed Chelsea and Manchester City want the Uruguayan and that Arsenal could make a move for him if their Middle East takeover goes through.

City are touted as the frontrunners for the 26-year-old, who reportedly has a £60m release clause, with Real Madrid also said to be interested.

Fulham are battling to sign Espanyol goalkeeper Kiko Casilla, according to The Sun.

Everton and Wigan are also said to be interested in the 26-year-old along with Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Espanyol are apparently asking for only £1m for Casilla, who left Real six years ago.

And Harry Redknapp wants talks with QPR chairman Tony Fernandes when the club’s relegation is confirmed, the Daily Mirror report.

It is suggested that Redknapp is willing to stay on as manager but equally willing to leave, with a number of clubs apparently likely to be interested in hiring him.
