Birmingham v QPR line-ups: Two changes for Rangers, Blues man passed fit

Sandro makes his first start of the season and James Perch is recalled to the QPR side for the game at Birmingham.

Sandro comes in for Daniel Tozser to partner Karl Henry in midfield. Tozser drops to the bench along with Gabriele Angella.

Birmingham include Demarai Gray, who has recovered from a groin problem in time to play.
