Bees eighth after goalless draw at Leeds

Leeds 0 Brentford 0

Brentford moved up to eighth in the Premier League table by picking up a point at Elland Road.

The Bees failed to produce an effort on target, with striker Ivan Toney cutting an isolated figure up front.

But they defended well – and keeper David Raya came up with important saved when called upon.

Wilfried Gnonto had Leeds’ best chance but was denied by Raya, who frustrated a Leeds side which has now gone six matches without a win.

The result keeps Brentford very much in contention for European football next season.
