QPR youngsters training with first-team squad

QPR youngsters Alfie Lloyd and Rayan Kolli have been training with the first-team squad.

Boss Mick Beale decided to involve both players after seeing them play in a recent B-team game against Sheffield United.

A number of other youngsters have been similarly involved in training with the senior squad in recent weeks, including midfielder Rafferty Pedder.

Forward Lloyd, 19, was signed from Yeovil Town last year.

The Hounslow-born, Kolli, 17, can play as a forward or winger and has been with Rangers since the age of eight.

Meanwhile, striker Sinclair Armstrong, who was not in the matchday squad for this week’s win at Millwall, is to spend a period playing for Rangers’ B and Under-21 teams.
