Transfer gossip: QPR linked with French midfielder

Some of the latest transfer speculation involving the area’s clubs…

France Football have claimed that QPR are interested in signing midfielder Christophe Rodrigues Silva when the transfer window reopens.

Rangers will then be under a transfer embargo as part of the club’s sanction for breaching Financial Fair Play rules, although they could be permitted to sign players if others are sold.

Silva, 22, plays for L’Entente Sannois Saint-Gratien in the French third tier and his contract there expires at the end of the season.

It is claimed that QPR have lined him up as a potential January signing.

Meanwhile, The Sun have picked up on a story claiming that Victor Moses is ready to leave Chelsea in January.

Goal.com say the Nigeria international is considering his future after losing his place under boss Maurizio Sarri this season.

A change of formation has contributed to Moses now having to compete for a place with the likes of Eden Hazard, Pedro and Willian.

The Sun say also Genoa’s Poland striker Krzysztof Piatek, who has been linked with Chelsea recently, has been given a £35m price tag.
