Stephan will make changes again for QPR’s trip to Bristol City
Julien Stephan plans to make changes again for QPR’s game at Bristol City on Saturday.
It will be Rangers’ third match in the space of seven days.
Head coach Stephan made five changes for Wednesday’s goalless draw with Oxford United.
Koki Saito, Harvey Vale, Liam Morrison, Nicolas Madsen and Jonathan Varane were left out of the starting line-up and are in contention to return.
“My main objective in this week is to have fresh players on the pitch,” Stephan said.
“I think it’s very important, particularly at this moment of the season, to have a lot of players.
“I’m thinking not only of these three games, I am thinking about the next weeks and months. I know that in November, December and January we will have a lot of three games in a week.
“So it’s impossible to think you can play only with 12 or 13 players. Otherwise I think in January or February, it’s finished – it’s done – for you, as you have players that are tired.
“So, yes, probably we will have some different players on the pitch tomorrow.”
Amadou Mbengue is suspended this weekend – the defender’s yellow card against Oxford was his fifth of the season.

Yes there must be players that should be back in the team. But there is no excuse and his excuses are totally wrong and do not justify the mess he made of the last match which. I wish he would have been honest and admitted his mistake instead, as us and all managers make them.
