QPR boss Julien Stephan speaks to West London Sport after the frustrating 0-0 draw at home to Bolton.
Stephan insists he is “convinced” Rangers are heading in the right direction – and that they should have had a penalty for a foul on Koki Saito in the second half.

we are definitely building fo the future,our squad is getting stronger year on year,due to our academy producing some players of great potential,and our board and backroom staff looking for young talent to add to the mix.i believe we have the strongest squad we have had in many years,I don’t think we are firing on all cylinders atm,especially in attack,but when things click, other teams better watch out.i can see us top half come end of season,and perhaps be one of th dark horses for a playoff spot.

Lets hope we are, but all Rangers fans will say the same, ‘heard it before’ QPR are a Club thats needs to Sell to Survive, which sort of defeats the object of building a team. Anyone could leave at anytime, including the Manager.
