Rangers assess Cisse hamstring problem

QPR are assessing a hamstring problem picked up by Djbril Cisse during their pre-season game against Malaysian side Kelantan.

The striker went off midway through the first half of a 5-0 win for Mark Hughes’ side in the second game of their Asia tour.

Cisse’s injury does not appear to be serious but he will be closely monitored by the club’s medical staff over the next 48 hours.

Rangers are next in action on Monday, when they are scheduled to face Persebaya Surubaya.
