QPR have made an offer for Linfield forward Paul Smyth.
The Northern Ireland Under-21 international has been watched by a number of English clubs and last month featured in Champions League qualifiers against Celtic.[phone]

Smith, who turns 20 next month, is under contract at Linfield until 2019.
