Borysiuk’s loan move set to go through

Ariel Borysiuk is close to completing a return to Lechia Gdańsk on loan from QPR.

The Polish club made a move for Borysiuk following news that Rangers would listen to offers for the 25-year-old.

Borysiuk spent two years with them before joining Legia Warsaw, who sold him to Rangers last summer.

The midfielder has failed to impress R’s boss Ian Holloway, who is keen to revamp his midfield.

An offer for Manchester United’s Sean Goss, 21, has been accepted and Michael Doughty was recently recalled from a season-long loan at Swindon.

Borysiuk has become surplus to requirements along with Karl Henry, who has been told find a new club following a fall-out with Holloway.
