Bidwell poised for £1.3m QPR move

QPR look set to sign Jake Bidwell after agreeing a £1.3m deal with Brentford following weeks of negotiations between the two clubs.

Brentford rejected previous offer for the left-back, who has a year of his contract remaining.

But Rangers have remained confident they will eventually capture Bidwell, 23, and are now poised to get their man.

The Bees captain was signed from Everton in 2013 after impressing during two loan spells at Griffin Park.

  • We will be ok but leaving us for a relegation battle no sense in that good luck jake you'll need it

  • What a muppet Sussex bee is. Why do you want to deny a player the chance of joining a much bigger club?

  • FULLY AGREE, TOP SIGNINGS.SORTED IN DEFENCE,JUST NEED TOP STRIKER,DWIGHT GAYLE WOULD BE NICE.

  • Jake Bidwell to QPR? £1.3 Mill? Come on Bees, are you having a laugh! Why would you sell arguably one of our best players to our rivals QPR for only £1.3 Mill? What are you doing Brentford? Last season's sold players: Moses Odubajo, Andre Gray, Stuart Dallas, Alex Pritchard, Proswich and this season: James Tarkowsi, Toumani Diagouraga, Ryan Williams and Jake Bidwell.
Players signed: Ryan Woods and thats about it! Shows why we went from a playoff team to a mid table team. Its an absolute Joke Right??!! Reply with your Opinions Please, Im Discusted!

  • Positive signing. Young Hungry and the right age to improve. Could be our club captain inth future. Go to 1.5 to get him

  • we seem to be going in the right way for the first time in many years, young raw talent, along as JFH can mould them into a team we could have a decent season, however, goals win games and we are short a proven goalscorer.

  • We should not be selling players to "them" no matter what the circumstances

  • Great to get Bidwell and Joe lynch , would love jimmy and sir les to buy a striker. Then think we would be sorted for the season .
