QPR keeper Ingram heading for Hull move

Matt Ingram is on course to join Hull City from QPR.

Rangers are looking to sell the goalkeeper, who has fallen down the pecking order at Loftus Road following the recent signing of Liam Kelly.

And a deal is being discussed for Ingram, 25, to join the Tigers.

Signed from Wycombe in 2016, Ingram had to wait for a run in the QPR side before being installed as number one following last year’s sale of Alex Smithies to Cardiff City.

He performed poorly and was replaced by Joe Lumley, who made 46 appearances last season and will compete for a place with Kelly.

Meanwhile, QPR have rejected an offer from Sheffield United for Luke Freeman.

And R’s boss Mark Warburton is looking to seal the loan signings of at least two Premier League youngsters.

  • I can only hope we can keep Freeman he is the crown jewel of our squad.
We have made some quality signings & I don't want to undo all that good work before we even start
