QPR extend young defender’s contract

QPR have extended Alex Finney’s contract to the summer of 2018.

The defender, who was released by Bolton last year, joined the R’s in November.

West London Sport had revealed he was on trial with the club and later revealed that he was set to sign a contract until the end of the season.

Finney, 20, has featured regularly for QPR’s development side this term.
