QPR have confirmed the signing of former Bolton defender Alex Finney on a contract until the end of the season.
West London Sport revealed that the 20-year-old was on trial at Rangers and more recently revealed that the club had decided to sign him on a short-term deal.
Finney will initially play for QPR’s development side, having featured for them in recent matches.
He had been without a club since his Bolton contract was terminated by mutual consent in August.
Finney joined Bolton from Leyton Orient in 2014 and made three first-team appearances for them, two of them coming in the league.
He is QPR’s first signing since Ian Holloway’s return for a second spell as manager.
