QPR boss plays down Madsen injury concerns
Julien Stephan does not believe an ankle injury Nicolas Madsen picked up during QPR’s home defeat against Blackburn is a cause for alarm.
Rangers have been plagued by injuries this season and the sight of their key midfelder limping off midway through the second half was a worrying one.
But head coach Stephan said: “I don’t think it’s a bad injury. A little issue with the ankle, so we need to see in the next two or three days what can happen with Nico for the next games.”
