New signings Ariel Borysiuk and Jake Bidwell featured for QPR as they beat PSV Eindhoven 1-0 in a pre-season friendly.

Sebastian Polter scored Rangers’ goal, firing home from the penalty spot seven minutes into the second half after Grant Hall was tripped as he attempted to collect Tjaronn Chery’s low cross.

But Matt Ingram was the busier keeper, producing a number of saves to keep the Dutch side at bay.

Polish midfielder Borysiuk played for an hour and left-back Bidwell, recently signed from Brentford, played 78 minutes.

Rangers round off their trip to the Netherlands with a game against Groningen on Monday evening.
