QPR hoping Washington will be passed fit

Grant Hall is a major doubt for QPR’s game at Preston but Conor Washington appears to have a good chance of being passed fit.

Both players picked up injuries during the win against Wigan on Tuesday, when striker Washington scored his fourth goal in six matches. [phone][/phone]

Hall went off just before the half-hour mark with a shin injury and has not been able to train fully ahead of the trip to Deepdale.

Washington, meanwhile, went off midway through the second half at Loftus Road because of a calf problem but has responded well to treatment.

Jordan Cousins remains sidelined with a thigh injury.
