International call-ups for QPR duo

QPR defender Osman Kakay has been called up by Sierra Leone.

Kakay, 21, has been included in the squad for an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier away to Ethiopia next month.

It comes after Kakay impressed early this season, having been given a chance in the Rangers side by Darnell Furlong’s knee injury.

Meanwhile, on-loan Brighton striker Temer Hemed has been included in Israel’s squad for matches against Northern Ireland – who recently included Rangers’ Conor Washington in their squad – and Albania.

Hemed scored on his QPR debut to secure a 1-0 win against Wigan on Saturday.
