Michael Harriman has left QPR and signed a permanent deal with Wycombe Wanderers.
The 23-year-old had been on loan at Adams Park since the start of the season, scoring six goals in 25 appearances, and has now moved for an undisclosed fee.
For much of the campaign he has been used by Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth as a right winger, rather than in his more familiar right-back role.
Harriman joined QPR at the age of 11, coming through the club’s youth system before loan spells with Wycombe, Gillingham and Luton prior to rejoining the Chairboys this term.
He made three first-team appearances for QPR, including playing the full 90 minutes at Anfield in 1-0 defeat to Liverpool on the last day of the 2012-13 season.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international is likely to play for Wycombe in their televised FA Cup game with Aston Villa on Saturday lunchtime.

Yet again QPR choose to ignore younger potential within its ranks. Either Harriman or Furlong could have held their own in the right back berth in our first team ahead of Perch. Instead of promoting our own we'd rather trial a 29 year old who has barely played this season. My advice to aspiring youngsters at QPR; you're better off leaving the club for as long as T Fernandes is at the club you will never be given a chance.
