QPR boss considers two up front

QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is considering playing with two up front in tonight’s EFL Cup game against Sunderland at Loftus Road.

Hasselbaink will make a final decision on his line-up closer to kick-off but looks likely to change formation for the third-round clash.

Polish winger Paweł Wszołek is in line for his full debut, while Sandro, who was not played a league match this season, is also set to feature for the R’s, and a number of youngsters are in contention.

Hasselbaink has played with one out-and-out striker so far this season, with Tjaronn Chery in the number 10 role.

But with Chery set to be rested this evening, Conor Washington, who has started the last two games, looks likely to get a chance to impress in a two-man strikeforce.
