Mick Beale is confident QPR will further add to their squad in the final week of the transfer window.
West London Sport revealed last week that Rangers were looking to sign at least two more players, and possibly as many as five, including Leon Balogun.
Defender Balogun completed his move on Friday and head coach Beale believes more new faces are on the way.
Beale is also desperate to get Rangers’ injured players back to fitness.
Speaking after Saturday’s 3-2 win at Watford, Beale said: “I’m really, really optimistic of one or two.
“Then what we need after that – what I and the fans need to see – is Luke Amos back, Jake Clarke-Salter, Taylor Richards and Tyler Roberts.
“We see Leon Balogun, plus one or two, and then all of a sudden we’ll start getting this thing moving where we want it to move.”
