Transfer gossip: Speculation over Eze’s future continues

QPR forward Ebere Eze continues to be touted for a possible move to Tottenham.
Eze, who has also been linked with Chelsea, has been outstanding for the R’s this season.
It has been claimed that Spurs are keen to snap up the England Under-21 international.
But the Daily Express reckon the north London club could be put off after QPR set an asking price of £20m.
Clubs linked with Gallagher
Burnley, West Brom and Swansea are all hoping to sign Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, according to the Daily Mail.
The 19-year-old midfielder has impressed in the Championship this season while on loan at Charlton.
Reports suggest his season-long loan is likely to be cut short during this month’s transfer window – and the Mail say Burnley are favourites to snap him up.
Speculation over Emerson’s future
Emerson Palmieri continues to be linked with a return to Italy.
The Daily Star say Chelsea would be willing to sell Emerson to Inter Milan – but only after a replacement is brought in.
Former Blues boss Antonio Conte is said to be keen to take the player back to Serie A and a number of other Italian clubs have also been tipped to move for him.
Blues still being linked with Dembele
Chelsea are still among the clubs being linked with former Fulham forward Moussa Dembele.
The Frenchman, now with Lyon, has been touted for a return to the Premier League and Sky reckon Chelsea are considering making a move for him.
It comes as Olivier Giroud is being widely tipped to leave Stamford Bridge and amid speculation over the future of another Chelsea forward, Michy Batshuayi.

£20m for Eze is, in my view, very reasonable. Obviously Spurs are after a cut price bargain. Just look at Sterling – how much did we get for him and how much is he worth now? Hopefully, the days of giveaways such as Freeman,Smithies etc. are long gone.
