QPR captain Stefan Johansen returned to action after injury along with Jake Clarke-Salter in a behind-closed-doors game against Brentford’s B team at Loftus Road on Tuesday afternoon.
Johansen recently resumed training and is expected to be involved in Saturday’s Championship match at Hull.
Rangers, whose line-up also included Chris Willock, won the game 3-1 courtesy of goals from Albert Adomah, Taylor Richards and Sinclair Armstrong.
Aaron Hickey, Shandon Baptiste and Fin Stevens featured for Brentford, whose goal was scored by Michael Olakigbe.
