Diabolical QPR humiliated by MK Dons

QPR 2 MK Dons 4

QPR’s dismal season now includes an FA Cup humiliation at home to League One opposition.

MK Dons took the lead after only four minutes, with Rangers left-back Armand Traore possibly getting the final touch after Shaun Williams’ right-wing corner had been nudged on by Dean Lewington.

Traore responded by bringing a save from David Martin with a rasping shot and the visiting keeper also denied Jamie Mackie as he looked to latch onto Jay Bothroyd’s clever pass.

But Rangers continued to look vulnerable at the back and were undone again when Ryan Lowe raced through and fired past Robert Green.

After the break, Lowe teed up substitute Ryan Harley to score from close range and more dire QPR defending at a corner enabled Darren Potter to net the fourth.

Jay Bothroyd and Fabio scored late goals for the beleaguered home side.

QPR (4-4-2): Green, Fabio, Ben Haim, Ferdinand, Traore; Park (Zamora 67), Granero, Faurlin, Mackie; Campbell, Bothroyd.
Subs not used: Murphy, Derry, Hill, Onuoha, Ephraim, Mbia.

  • If Harry said " we're prepared to lose" in order to give a last chance to the players that we don't need in our 25 man squad then fine, but don't make the supporters pay full seat prices to go home disappointed.

Ferdinand isn't even good enough to play forThe Dons. Have you noted the games that we've actually got points from didn't start with Ferdinand.

Park hasn't had a good game yet but I think Faulin and Grenaro should be bossing that midfield and they should be having a very long hard look at themselves and perhaps moving on now. Those two alone should be doing enough to keep the Dons at bay. Never-mind, hopefully we can have a spring sale this week and get rid of most of the fielded players today. Now who is going to be stupid enough to buy them, ahhh, where is Mark Hughes when you need him?

  • DJ Campbell was scoring goals for fun on loan at Ipswich at Championship level, stick him and even other so called "TOP" players in a QPR shirt and they become utter useless

  • Another stressful & embarrassing defeat at Loftus Rd. How much more can a fan take Even the kids are begging me to let them support another team !! Mark Hughes team beat MK Dons come on Harry your better than this !

  • All the players should give their wages to The Tiger Cubs, THE PLAYERS OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE

  • Shocking performance. Really hope we never see Park and Ferdinand in QPR shirts again. I understand a lot of changes were made to the starting side, but the players who went out should easily have been good enough to win. One of the most embarrassing moments in my 20 years of supporting the club.
