Campbell will feature against West Brom
DJ Campbell will feature for QPR in Saturday’s FA Cup clash with West Brom.
Campbell was told he had no future at Loftus Road prior to the appointment of Harry Redknapp, who is keen to have a look at him in action before deciding whether to allow him to join Ipswich on a permanent basis.
The striker scored 10 goals during a loan spell with the Suffolk club, whose manager Mick McCarthy is among several Championship bosses hoping to sign him during the transfer window.
Redknapp said: “He’s back and available this weekend and I’m looking forward to getting him involved. I’ve always liked him as a player.”
Junior Hoilett is unavailable for the game, with the club still establishing the seriousness of a hamstring injury he suffered against Chelsea this week.
Meanwhile, Redknapp has confirmed his interest in Tottenham midfielder Jake Livermore.
