Amos scores as QPR B team win

QPR: Harlington training ground

Luke Amos scored for QPR’s B team on Tuesday afternoon.

Amos marked his return from a long-term injury by recently scoring the winner for the first team against Luton.

And he found the net again in a game against Woking at Rangers’ Harlington training ground, where he converted a penalty after George Thomas was fouled.

Youngster Kai Woollard-Innocent scored QPR’s other goal in a 2-1 win for the hosts.

Charlie Owens, also recently back in action after a knee injury, featured as well.

Other players involved included Osman Kakay, Dom Ball, Charlie Kelman and keeper Jordan Archer.

Defender Kakay was left out of the squad for Monday evening’s Championship win at Derby.

Lee Wallace picked up another hamstring injury in the match Pride Park but manager Mark Warburton is hopeful the problem is not serious.
