Games heroine Baker eyes more medals
Natasha Baker’s place in the Great Britain team for next month’s Para-Equestrian Dressage European Championships has been confirmed.
Baker, who won gold in the Grade II and freestyle at London 2012, will compete in both events at the competition in Herning, Denmark, which begins on 21 August.
And the 23-year-old believes her horse, JP, is in excellent shape.
“He’s just getting better and better, with our warm-up at Hartpury probably being our best ever,” she said.
“There’s still so much excitement from last year’s Games and I hope people will enjoy this year’s competition.”
The British team are the current world, European and Paralympic champions.
