Ouseph out of Korea Open

Hounslow badminton star Rajiv Ouseph bowed out of the Korea Open, losing his second-round match against Simon Santoso 21-18 21-13.

After recovering from 13-6 down to level at 13-13 in the opening game, Ouseph was edged out by the world number eight, who dominated the following game.

Ouseph had produced a stunning display to beat Santoso’s fellow Indonesian, former world and Olympic champion Taufik Hidayat, in the first round.
