Howes to stay on loan at Wealdstone

Wealdstone have extended Sam Howes’ loan spell from West Ham.

The highly-rated 18-year-old goalkeeper has impressed since joining the Stones for an initial month.[phone][/phone]

With that loan deal about to expire, an agreement has been reached for him to stay with Gordon Bartlett’s side for another month.

Howes is an England Under-17 international and made his first appearance for West Ham’s senior side during a pre-season trip to New Zealand in 2014.
